How does the RAX Solutions packaged products process work?

We have created a system that puts you in control.  After payment you will be directed to a form which is product specific and allows you to enter pertinent information regarding your project.  Once you have submitted this information - be sure to confirm your registration by clicking on a link in an email we will send to you.  Once confirmed you can login to your account.  Inside your account is a message form that allows you to directly communicate with the staff member in charge of your project.  All communications from RAX Solutions staff and you, will be recorded in your account for easy reference by you.  In most cases you will receive a message and initial drafts within 24 hrs.  Anytime there is a new message inside your project, you will be notified by email.  Once the project is complete to your satisfaction you can click  on the final approval box.  You will receive your product via a download link.

How long does it take to get my project completed?

Depending on our work load, most graphic projects can be completed in 2-3 business days.  For our video production services, it typically takes 5 business days for the video to be produced and uploaded to over 20 video site services.  For our Web2.0 products such as the custom blog solution, Squidoo and MySpace projects, they typically take about 3 business days.  

Your feedback messages in your account project area, are critical to the quick completion of your project.  You will receive a email anytime our staff uploads new information or graphics on your project.  We wait till we hear back from you so be sure to login to your account when you receive a new message and provide us with your feedback.

What is difference between a single and a two reviews?

A single review is where you tell us what you want - we provide you with a detailed draft - you review it and tell us the changes you want - and we then implement those changes for your final approval.  A two reviews process - we provide you with a detailed draft - you review it and tell us the changes you want - and we then implement those changes - you review it again and can ask for major changes - we implement those changes and send back to you for final approval.  Basically the two review process allows you more changes and alterations.

How do I receive my product?

Where applicable, once we have received your final approval on a project we will send you a link where you can download your product.
